In April 2009, we gave an interim demonstration to the Community. The goal of the demo was to prove the operation of the working back end. This back end was coded in Erlang with many of the same functions coded in Javascript, allowing mobility of functions among many different cients and servers as the system required. It also allowed for on-the fly creation of individual, “situated” interfaces in the browser.

The demo had a roughed out temporary UI. The purpose of the demo was to show that the inventive back end actually worked. This was an accomplishment, as multiple novelties were employed. A second goal of the demo was to explain the notion and advantages of multiply situated collaborative analysis to the Community.

We used a scenario we developed [More]. The presentation is by Toby Schachman, lead architect for eversplosion. The video is 15 minutes long.
